You must register for an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

WrenchQuote is offered as a monthly subscription. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service.

4. Data Privacy and Security

5. Acceptable Use

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost profits or lost business opportunities. The AI-assisted pricing estimates are strictly based on the parameters you set; we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI triage.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through an alert in your dashboard. Your continued use of the service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
